- Lead and Support Office Simulation Design, Testing Scenarios, and Planning.
- Collect and Analyze the Office Simulation Business Testing Results Execute software test cases as specified to
verify that system outputs comply with specifications and standards.
- Create software test scenarios to assist in system testing, based on analysis and research performed.
- Design of use cases, user personas, specific test procedures, and pass/fail criteria to assess and report the extent
of success or failure of each software fix or enhancement, based on business requirements and design
specifications.
- Provide professional expertise and leadership while coordinating, leading, planning and assisting with key
projects and initiatives across OEP Business Information Services associated with systems, services, and
programs.
- Support other analysts and their planning efforts by sharing knowledge and expertise, mentoring, coaching,
guiding, and coordinating support efforts related to position management, contracts, asset management,
workforce education and finance.
- Assist with monitoring and evaluating contractor performance, recommend project changes to project plan in
response to unforeseen changes or unexpected results, obtain approvals to proposed changes in project scope,
quality, budget, or schedule.
- Provide support associated with data, information management, and operational as well as process changes.
- Troubleshoot system reporting or data processing problems; analyze data processing problems for impact on
other work units.
- Experience casework methods and techniques (including information/referral, assessment, interviewing, client advocacy, resource utilization).
- Experience working in a human and social services setting, interview customers to obtain information, and eligibility determination.
- Community resources serving the needs of agency applicants and clients.
- Investigates reports, Interpreting policies, procedures, and State and Federal laws and regulations about elderly abuse, long term service care, and support.
- Ability to apply laws, rules, policies, or procedures to participants.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency or client records.
- Communicating effectively, on a one-to-one basis and in groups, to provide information and advise or give assistance.
- Monitors progress, needs, and makes necessary modifications to the client's case plan.
- Experience providing case management services for human/social service programs in bilingual Vietnamese/English.
- Visits client's home or facility to get, verify, and exchange information.
- Knowledge of local resources and experience referring individuals and/or families to community resources or other agencies.
- Experience preparing and maintaining written narrative documentation of the activities concerning individual client cases.
- Experience working in a human/social service setting, interview customers to obtain information, and determine eligibility.
- Leveraged case management tools to help interdisciplinary teams achieve optimal outcomes.
